Mark Bosworth is the Marketing and Communications Officer at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism. He worked for the BBC for 12 years, beginning his career at BBC Radio Oxford. At the BBC World Service he was a producer on the award winning Newshour programme before joining the World Service’s Multimedia Hub.
In 2012 he moved to Helsinki, Finland, to report on the country for a range of media including the BBC News website, BBC World Service, BBC Radio 4, BBC 5Live, and Monocle.
Mark became a Communications Specialist at Finland’s national airline, Finnair, in 2015 and played a key role in the biggest project in the company’s history, the launch of a new fleet of aircraft. In 2016 he returned to the UK to join the communications team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Oxford. He lives in Oxford with his partner and two children.
